    Resolution 2140 (2014)

    On 4 October 2022, the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 2140 (2014) approved the addition of one entry to its Sanctions List of individuals and entities subject to the measures imposed by the Security Council and adopted under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations.     Central African Republic Regime

    • Council Regulation (EU) 2022/1621 of 20 September 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No 224/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in the Central African Republic

    The Council of the European Union on 20 September 2022 decided to adopt Council Decision (CFSP) 2022/1626, which amends Decision 2013/798/CFSP in accordance with UNSC Resolution 2648 (2022). In this regard, Regulation (EU) No 224/2014 has been amended accordingly by way of an amendment to Article 3.

    • Council Decision (CFSP) 2022/1626 of 20 September 2022 amending Decision 2013/798/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against the Central African Republic

    The Council of the European Union on 20 September 2022 decided to amend Decision 2013/798/CFSP in accordance with UNSC Resolution 2648 (2022) by way of an amendment done to the title as well as to Article 2.

    Iraq Regime

    • Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/1464 of 2 September 2022 amending Council Regulation (EC) No 1210/2003 concerning certain specific restrictions on economic and financial relations with Iraq
