- Council Regulation (EU) 2022/1621 of 20 September 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No 224/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in the Central African Republic
The Council of the European Union on 20 September 2022 decided to adopt Council Decision (CFSP) 2022/1626, which amends Decision 2013/798/CFSP in accordance with UNSC Resolution 2648 (2022). In this regard, Regulation (EU) No 224/2014 has been amended accordingly by way of an amendment to Article 3.

The Council of the European Union on 20 September 2022 decided to amend Decision 2013/798/CFSP in accordance with UNSC Resolution 2648 (2022) by way of an amendment done to the title as well as to Article 2.

The Sanctions Monitoring Board is to be informed immediately of the actions that have been taken in relation to the assets of such listed persons.
