Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2435 of 26 October 2023 implementing Regulation (EU) No 401/2013 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Myanmar/Burma

On 26 October 2023, the Council of the European Union reviewed the restrictive measures concerning entry 84 in Section A and entry 17 in Section B in the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures set out in Annex IV to Regulation (EU) No 401/2013. On the basis of that review, the Council decided that those entries should be amended.
